Spinal Manipulation

Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation Utilizing Palmer Package Techniques

Spinal manipulation is a technique that treats back pain, neck pain and other musculoskeletal condition so the spine can restore structural integrity, reduce pain and initiate the body's health.

Flexion &

Distraction Technique

The objective of Flexion Distraction Technique is to expand the space between the bones in your spine by applying mild stretching or traction of the lower back. The moving parts of the table allow the chiropractor to separate the different areas of the spine, and this allows for an increase of disc space between the bones in your back. This reestablishes precise alignment of your vertebrae and increases range of motion.

Thompson Drop Table Adjusting

The Thompson Technique utilizes a "Segmental Drop Table" to enhance the motion force imparted towards the segment or area to be Adjusted. Dr. Thompson introduced the concept of adding motion by inventing a headpiece that would drop away as the adjustive thrust was applied to the vertebral segment.

Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression therapy can be a successful, non-surgical alternative treatment for relieving low back, neck pain, and radiating arm and leg pain. Spinal decompression therapy is an effective treatment for: Herniated or Bulging Discs. Sciatica. Degenerative Disc Disease.

Extremity Adjusting

When chiropractors speak of an extremity, they are talking about the joints of the body that are outside the spinal joints. These joints include the ribs, shoulder and elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot, as well as the hands and toes.

Chiropractors look at the spine for joint fixations, subluxations, and joint motion dysfunction. These problems may be chronic or acute and many people have great relief from their extremity adjustments.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is an alternative therapy, the benefits of which include a focus on detecting and releasing trigger points. In many cases, trigger points form as a result of trauma to the muscle fibers.

Trigger point therapy is sometimes referred to as myofascial trigger point therapy or neuromuscular therapy.

Excellent care! I was in town for Thanksgiving and pinched a nerve in my neck so bad I couldn’t move my head and even had trouble swallowing. In the first visit he identified the area of the issue and adjusted my neck perfectly. I was back to 90% range of movement. He fit me in 2 more days before I left and applied K-tape to support my neck for the flight home. By the 3rd adjustment I had full range and little to no pain.
I am extremely grateful for His professionalism and knowledge. He really saved my vacation!
